Can I return my item?

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All purchases are final. If your product arrives damaged please contact us through the contact box in this store.

How long it will take to make, package, and drop off your order to the post office?

1-3 Business Days (Monday-Friday) Unless your order has custom Apparel. Custom T-shirt may take up to 14 business days.

* Typically we do our best to process within 3 business days, unless product sourcing is needed.

How long will it take to receive your order once dropped off at the post office?

Shipping Time 3-5 Business Days (Monday-Friday)

Refund Policy

All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We are not responsible lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. 

Issues With Item

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via the CONTACT US box. Customers have 3 days after their order was delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order. If we are not contacted within 3 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue. 

Do you offer custom products?

We currently do offer custom T-apparel. Processing time for custom apparel may take up to 14 business days, in case product sourcing is needed.

Apparel Care Instructions

Crewneck sweaters and tees should be washed inside out with cold water. Air dry or tumble dry on low inside out.
